What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Cloud Architecture Tooling & Security team, you will lead the design and implementation of strategic cloud security solutions. You will oversee the development of scalable security tools for account management and cloud identity and access management. Your role will involve collaborating with various Infrastructure Security teams to ensure that Netflix's cloud deployments are secure and compliant with industry standards.

You will be responsible for establishing strong security boundaries that align with Netflix's business objectives while minimizing risks. This includes providing subject matter expertise in cloud security and guiding your team in the development of innovative security solutions. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, helping them navigate their careers and grow their skills in cloud security and engineering.

In addition to technical leadership, you will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated into all aspects of Netflix's cloud operations. You will be instrumental in shaping the security culture within the organization, promoting best practices and awareness among all employees.
