What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and manage regulatory compliance across Netflix’s various businesses in Korea. This includes engaging with relevant regulatory bodies and responding to inquiries from government authorities. You will provide strategic legal advice on matters impacting data privacy, consumer protection, competition, and labor, ensuring that Netflix operates within the legal framework while pursuing its business objectives. You will also manage litigation and disputes, coordinating with external counsel to develop risk mitigation and resolution strategies.
