What you'll do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Netflix, you will design, maintain, automate, and optimize ML training pipelines and real-time model serving infrastructure — your contributions will directly impact workflows like content planning, budgeting, scheduling, and financial forecasting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new ML solutions that extract valuable information from studio artifacts such as scripts, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that the production process is as efficient as possible.

You will be responsible for improving ML observability and model evaluations, implementing monitoring tools that help in debugging and ensuring the reliability of deployed models. Your role will also involve staying current with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies, allowing you to propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance the capabilities of the Production Science team.
