Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in advertising or media planning — you understand the complexities of integrating ads into user experiences and can navigate the challenges that come with it. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the advertising systems you help build are effective and user-friendly.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. You are comfortable presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for your initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Netflix, you will lead the development of advertising systems that enhance the viewer experience while meeting the needs of advertisers. You will work closely with the Ads Platform team to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure that the systems you build are scalable and performant.
