What you'll do

As a Senior Level Designer at Netflix, you will design and build complete levels for a new cozy adventure game project. This includes creating layouts, designing the economy of the game, and ensuring that narrative elements enhance the player experience. You will work with cross-functional teams, including art and engineering, to ensure that the levels meet both creative and technical goals. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of level design tools and pipelines, assisting in project planning and scoping to help the team set and achieve milestone goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the overall gameplay experience, ensuring that every level is crafted to provide incredible fun and engagement for players.
