Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the advertising or technology sectors — you've successfully led product strategies that drive significant business outcomes and understand the nuances of ad supply and monetization. Your strong analytical skills enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights, and you thrive in collaborative environments where creativity meets technology.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders — you can articulate product vision and strategy clearly, ensuring alignment across various departments. Your experience in managing products from concept to launch has equipped you with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and the importance of user experience in driving engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for the Ads Platform, translating high-level goals into a detailed product roadmap that aligns with Netflix's mission to enhance the viewer experience while maximizing ad effectiveness. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop innovative advertising solutions that resonate with both viewers and advertisers. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to inform product development.
You will also be responsible for measuring the success of product initiatives through key performance indicators and user feedback, iterating on features based on data-driven insights. As a leader within the Ads Platform team, you will foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, recognizing that diverse perspectives lead to stronger products and teams.
