You are a seasoned Research Program Manager with a strong background in quantitative research. You have a proven track record of managing complex research projects from inception to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that inform strategic decisions. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including researchers, analysts, and external vendors, to deliver impactful insights at scale. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage budgets and resources effectively while adhering to governance and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to quantitative research projects, actively driving each stage from inception to execution. You will partner with researchers to scope projects, assess feasibility, and develop robust project and sampling plans. Your responsibilities will include diving into questionnaires to ensure quality, implementing and refining messaging and sampling strategies to survey the right audiences, and applying rigorous data quality assurance measures. You will also ensure that governance and compliance requirements are met while proactively managing budgets and resources.

You will collaborate with a network of specialized vendors to enhance the research process and deliver extraordinary insights that inform Netflix's consumer insights practice. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the team to achieve operational excellence in primary research, ultimately impacting the company's strategic direction and decision-making processes.
