What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix, you will be part of the JavaScript Foundations team, where your primary responsibility will be to empower UI application teams by providing them with the tools and frameworks they need to succeed. You will work on developing and maintaining a comprehensive end-to-end development toolkit that includes UI components, browser frameworks, and libraries. Your role will involve addressing foundational JavaScript challenges that impact the entire toolchain, from front-end to back-end.

You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams to ensure that the UI Paved Road is well-defined and accessible, enabling teams to focus on innovation rather than the complexities of software management. Your contributions will directly influence the productivity and success of Netflix's engineering efforts, as you help define success through the acceleration of productivity across the organization.
