Who you are

You have a background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, cryptography, finance, AI/ML, or other relevant technical or research-focused disciplines. You possess hands-on experience building or supporting products, research, or infrastructure in Web3, DeFi, or Layer 1/L2 ecosystems. Your experience includes research areas such as protocol design, ZK systems, applied cryptography, DeFi, MEV, or governance mechanisms. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate effectively across distributed, asynchronous teams. You thrive in ambiguity, taking ownership and driving impact with minimal direction. Your passion for Ethereum, open-source software, and the long-term vision of decentralized networks is evident.

Desirable

Bonus points if you have experience contributing to open-source projects, especially in Ethereum or related ecosystems. Familiarity with Ethereum protocol internals, smart contract security, rollups, or cryptoeconomic principles will set you apart.
