Overview

Netomi is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance to lead the quality charter across engineering and customer-facing functions. You'll define the quality vision for an AI-driven SaaS platform. This role requires extensive experience in quality assurance leadership.

Who you are

You have a strong background in quality assurance with a focus on AI-driven platforms β€” your experience spans across various engineering and customer-facing functions, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, reliability, and security. You are adept at establishing a culture of continuous improvement and automation-driven efficiency within teams, fostering collaboration and embedding QA thinking across all functions.

You possess excellent leadership skills and have successfully led quality assurance teams in previous roles β€” your ability to define and drive a comprehensive quality vision is complemented by your hands-on experience in functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing. You understand the importance of data validation and model accuracy testing in the context of AI applications, and you are committed to cultivating a center of excellence for quality within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the organization’s quality charter across all engineering and customer-facing functions, including Platform Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, Data Science, and AI Research. You will define and implement the end-to-end quality vision for Netomi’s AI-driven SaaS platform, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards. You will establish and maintain a center of excellence for Quality, embedding QA practices across teams and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated into the development lifecycle β€” your leadership will guide teams in functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing, as well as data validation and model accuracy testing. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing QA professionals, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
