What you'll do
As the Prototyping Lab Engineer & Manager at Neuralink, you will be responsible for designing and building lab spaces that meet the evolving needs of our engineering and manufacturing teams. You will continuously improve lab capabilities by implementing new technologies and optimizing space for faster and more efficient workflows. Your role will involve owning and maintaining the inventory of all lab equipment, including tools and chemicals, ensuring that everything is in place for successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate innovation and streamline operations, playing a pivotal role in supporting the companyβs growth. You will also be instrumental in creating an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration, enabling your team to deliver groundbreaking medical devices that can change lives.
