You have extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally with a focus on procurement activities. You thrive in environments where you can balance high-level strategy with daily execution, ensuring operational efficiency and cost savings. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to manage contracts effectively while fostering positive supplier relationships. You are adept at handling both direct and indirect procurement categories, including hardware components and SaaS solutions. You understand the complexities of supply chain challenges and are passionate about driving innovation to support technological advancements. You are a natural leader, capable of guiding a small team to achieve significant impacts within the organization.
What you'll do
As the Supply Chain and Procurement Lead at Neuralink, you will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring that the supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to advance their skills and contributions. Your role will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with Neuralink's mission and goals. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. You will also work closely with engineering and other teams to anticipate supply chain challenges and proactively address them. Your leadership will be crucial in upleveling Neuralink's supply chain capabilities as the company prepares for commercialization. You will play a key role in ensuring that critical materials and services are accessible to support scalable, high-quality production.
