You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the medical device or healthcare sector, and you understand the complexities of working with healthcare professionals. Your ability to build relationships with physicians and other stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are solution-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can bring energy and creativity to your work. You are passionate about improving patient outcomes and have a deep understanding of the epilepsy care landscape.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the benefits of NeuroPace's RNS System to a variety of audiences, including neurologists, neurosurgeons, and economic buyers. Your strategic thinking enables you to set aggressive sales plans and develop new accounts while growing existing business. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can adapt your approach based on the needs of your clients.
What you'll do
As a Therapy Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets key accounts in the Florida area. You will work closely with clinical teams, including epileptologists and neurologists, to identify patients who could benefit from the RNS System. Your role will involve educating healthcare professionals about the product and its advantages, as well as fostering relationships with physician champions to drive product adoption.
You will also engage with economic buyers and patient advocacy groups to expand the reach of NeuroPace's offerings. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will help shape your sales approach and ensure that you are meeting the needs of both healthcare providers and patients.
