What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for a variety of clients across multiple states — you will ensure that all payroll transactions are completed accurately and on time. You will support technology implementations that enhance payroll systems, collaborating with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, you will assist with benefit administration, onboarding, offboarding, and tax registrations, contributing to a comprehensive HR service for clients.

You will maintain HRIS systems, ensuring that employee data is accurate and up-to-date — your attention to detail will help prevent errors that could impact payroll and benefits. You will also participate in various projects aimed at improving payroll processes and enhancing client satisfaction. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with clients, addressing any payroll-related inquiries and providing exceptional service.
