What you'll do

In the General Management Rotation Program, you will engage in a customized leadership rotation that provides broad exposure to various business functions within NewsBreak. You will work closely with experienced leaders and mentors who will guide you through different aspects of the business, helping you build depth in your chosen track. Your responsibilities will include participating in strategic projects, analyzing business performance, and contributing to decision-making processes that drive the company's growth. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining insights into product development, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies. As you progress through the program, you will be expected to take on increasing responsibilities, ultimately preparing you for key roles within the organization upon graduation from the program.
