You are a Senior React Native Developer with a strong background in building mobile applications. You have experience leading projects from conception to launch, particularly in a SaaS environment, and are comfortable working independently with minimal oversight. Your expertise in React Native allows you to create applications that provide significant native value beyond a simple web experience. You understand the nuances of App Store guidelines and have a proven track record of successfully publishing apps.

You possess a deep understanding of mobile development best practices, including accessibility and responsiveness. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including backend and frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to refine requirements and identify gaps in the user experience. Your ability to leverage AI and code-generation tools enhances your productivity and ensures high-quality code.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of a brand-new React Native app that functions as an iOS WebView wrapper. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment. Your role will also involve maintaining the legacy native iOS app temporarily while contributing to the React web application that will be wrapped. You will design the app to exceed the minimum functionality thresholds set by the App Store, ensuring a seamless user experience.

You will actively participate in ticket grooming, sprint planning, and architecture discussions, ensuring that all features adhere to modern best practices. Your responsibilities will include debugging end-to-end issues across APIs and ensuring that the application meets all necessary guidelines for a successful launch. You will also contribute to the overall product strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
