Who you are
You have a strong background in human resources and people operations, ideally with experience in a technology-driven environment. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data-driven insights to inform high-impact decisions that enhance team performance and culture. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with senior executives to align people strategies with business goals. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor is complemented by your sound judgment and strategic influence, enabling you to navigate complex organizational dynamics effectively.
You understand the importance of fostering an inclusive work environment and are committed to promoting diversity and equity within the workplace. Your experience in developing and implementing people programs has equipped you with the skills to drive engagement and retention across teams. You are adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring that the needs of both employees and leadership are met.
What you'll do
As a Senior People Business Partner at Nextdoor, you will partner with the CFO, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer to design and implement organizational strategies that support team growth and effectiveness. You will lead key people programs that enhance the employee experience and drive engagement. Your role will involve analyzing data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve leadership effectiveness.
You will collaborate with G&A leaders to identify opportunities for organizational development and implement initiatives that strengthen the company culture. Your responsibilities will include advising on talent management, performance evaluation, and succession planning. You will also play a key role in shaping the people strategy that aligns with Nextdoor's mission to foster local community connections.
