You have a strong background in video production, with experience in creating engaging visual content that simplifies complex technical features. You understand the importance of transforming technical information into accessible tutorials that enhance client understanding and confidence. Your ability to work collaboratively within a content team, including Instructional Designers and Technical Writers, is essential for aligning video content with client needs and business priorities.

You are detail-oriented and possess end-to-end video production expertise, from scripting to final editing. You are familiar with compliance regulations such as HIPAA and ERISA, ensuring that all video content adheres to necessary guidelines. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Product, and Operations.

What you'll do

As a Video Production Specialist at Nextech, you will be responsible for producing over 40 tutorial videos organized by product. Your role will involve scripting, filming, and editing high-quality videos that help clients learn and adopt Nextech's products. You will work closely with the content team to ensure that the videos meet the defined deliverables and success criteria of the project.

You will engage in regular communication with team members to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the video content aligns with client needs. Your expertise in video production will be crucial in creating visual guides that are not only informative but also engaging for the audience. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
