What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the transition of NICE's R&D organization to AI-driven development practices — your primary focus will be on onboarding teams to effectively utilize AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle. You will conduct workshops and pair-programming sessions, empowering engineers to adopt AI methodologies that optimize their workflow and enhance productivity.

You will actively participate in R&D teams, providing hands-on support for AI-based coding tasks — your expertise will guide developers in leveraging AI tools to meet production-level standards. By prototyping and demonstrating reference AI agents, you will illustrate best-practice patterns that teams can reuse, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Your role will also involve proactively suggesting tools and processes that improve the developer experience — you will work closely with AI Champions to build joint knowledge within the organization, ensuring that teams are equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of AI technologies. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of AI practices across the global R&D organization.
