Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You understand the importance of aligning HR strategies with business goals and have a proven track record of influencing leadership decisions. Your ability to foster a positive employee experience is paramount, and you are passionate about creating a culture of engagement and high performance.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to establish regular communication with business unit leaders. You are adept at managing organizational change and have experience in succession planning, policy review, and management training. Your coaching skills enable you to provide executive coaching and leadership development, strengthening management capabilities across the organization.

What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner at NICE, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, influencing strategic decisions and organizational priorities. You will lead organizational design and change management initiatives, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Your role will involve driving key HR initiatives, including talent assessment, succession planning, and compensation planning. You will execute annual HR processes such as performance management and talent reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will champion a positive employee experience, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance. Your ability to establish regular communication with business unit leaders will be crucial in aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will also be responsible for leading management training and development initiatives, ensuring that leaders are equipped to drive performance and engagement within their teams.
