Experience in the AI or customer experience sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with international legal frameworks. What you'll do

As a Senior Legal Counsel at NICE, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the CXone Mpower platform. You will be responsible for negotiating and structuring technology and SaaS agreements, ensuring that all contracts align with company policies and legal standards. You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to provide legal guidance on customer engagements and technology transactions. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You will also be involved in drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including terms of service, privacy policies, and licensing agreements. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and legal developments that may impact the business. You will provide training and support to internal teams on legal matters, fostering a culture of compliance and awareness throughout the organization.
