Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on developing and fine-tuning models. Your expertise includes working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras, and you are comfortable with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. You have a solid understanding of algorithm development and are skilled in Python programming, which you have used to build robust machine learning solutions.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to define model requirements that align with business objectives. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members sets you apart, and you are always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field of AI.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct cutting-edge research to develop advanced speech recognition algorithms and models that enhance NICE's CX solutions. You will build and fine-tune deep learning and machine learning models, focusing on large language models to improve customer interactions across various communication channels.
