Your ability to define reference architectures and non-functional requirements ensures that scalability, reliability, performance, and security are at the forefront of your designs. What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the architectural vision for NICE's digital platform, ensuring that it evolves to meet the demands of a rapidly changing technological landscape. You will design and implement enterprise-scale architectures that support millions of interactions per day while maintaining zero-downtime deployments. Your responsibilities will include defining best practices for PHP application architecture and leading the development of modular, scalable solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive event-driven and asynchronous architectures using AWS native services. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing architectural blueprints that align with business goals and technical requirements. You will also play a critical role in mentoring junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
