Who you are
You are a seasoned software engineer with over 5 years of professional experience in software development. You have a strong foundation in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Java, and PHP, and you are passionate about building secure and scalable software solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others while leading by example in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, which has equipped you with the theoretical knowledge to complement your practical skills. You stay up-to-date with industry trends and are always looking for ways to improve processes and technologies. Your experience includes working across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture to delivery and optimization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and develop high-performance software that meets the needs of the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features and conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality. You will also support and troubleshoot production systems as needed, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will help shape the future of our products and services, and you will play a key role in driving innovation within the team.
You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending two days a week in the office in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
