What you'll do

As the Lead Security Analyst, you will be responsible for the implementation and operational support of all security aspects related to SAP SuccessFactors. This includes overseeing the security architecture and ensuring it meets industry best practices. You will collaborate with Corporate Security, Cloud, and On-prem Infrastructure teams to ensure the proper functionality of SAP environments. Your role will involve conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.

You will also serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all SAP SuccessFactors security project initiatives, guiding teams through the implementation of security measures and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in developing security policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. You will lead efforts to educate and train staff on security best practices, promoting a culture of security awareness throughout the company.
