What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of Nisum's digital commerce platforms. You will monitor system performance and respond to incidents, working to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that enhance system reliability and performance.

You will also be involved in automating processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the reliability of the systems you manage.
