You are familiar with the latest design trends and technologies, and you continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the field. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are committed to creating interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also functional and accessible. Your leadership skills enable you to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.

What you'll do

As the UI Lead at Nisum, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of user interfaces for our digital commerce solutions. You will lead a team of designers, guiding them in creating innovative and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure that design solutions are feasible and align with project goals.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as establishing design guidelines and best practices for the team. You will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our designs remain competitive and cutting-edge.
