You have experience in designing UI/UX flows that enhance user experiences, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with product, business, and engineering teams. Your background includes working across multiple platforms, including desktop web and mobile iOS & Android applications.

You understand the importance of user research and testing in the design process, and you are skilled in using design tools such as Figma to bring your ideas to life. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Nitra, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our fintech and software solutions aimed at healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design specifications. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our product vision.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users effectively. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

In addition, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, applying this knowledge to enhance our design processes and outcomes.
