You have experience in talent acquisition and are excited to take ownership of recruiting operations during a high-growth phase. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with hiring managers across various departments, especially in Sales, Product, and Operations. Your strategic mindset allows you to define hiring criteria and enable managers to conduct consistent and fair interview processes. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks, from scheduling interviews to building onboarding systems. You understand the importance of candidate experience and are committed to improving it throughout the hiring process. You are adaptable and ready to wear many hats as you help shape the future of the team.
What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nitra, you will lead the recruiting operations and people processes during a critical growth phase. You will collaborate with hiring managers to hit headcount targets and enhance the candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and building onboarding and performance support systems. You will also help define the right hiring criteria and ensure that managers are equipped to run consistent and fair interview processes.
