What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nitra, you will lead the recruiting operations and people processes during a critical growth phase. You will collaborate with hiring managers to hit headcount targets and enhance the candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and building onboarding and performance support systems. You will also help define the right hiring criteria and ensure that managers are equipped to run consistent and fair interview processes. This strategic role requires you to be proactive and innovative in your approach to talent acquisition, as you will play a key role in shaping the future of the team and the company.
