You have a strong background in systems engineering and integration, with experience in designing and maintaining solutions in Salesforce and other business-critical SaaS applications. Your technical expertise is complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that you can deliver scalable solutions that meet the needs of Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Support.
You are adept at configuring workflows, automations, and data transformations to streamline processes and reduce manual work. Your problem-solving skills enable you to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving business growth through technology.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain integrations and automations that power Notion's GTM, Finance, and Operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that ensure seamless data flows and reliable operations. Your responsibilities will include configuring workflows and automations in Salesforce, as well as utilizing iPaaS tools to build and maintain integrations across the SaaS stack.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the systems you develop are scalable and can adapt to the evolving needs of the business. This will involve regular collaboration with various teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. You will also play a key role in training team members on new systems and processes, ensuring that everyone is equipped to leverage the technology effectively.
