What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include proactive monitoring and incident management to ensure that solutions meet service level agreements. You will analyze workflows and generate reports to identify areas for improvement, ensuring flawless execution of processes. Your role will be pivotal in transforming risk into opportunities for financial institutions, leveraging your expertise in both finance and technology.
