Who you are
You have experience in facility management and a strong understanding of campus operations — you've coordinated daily tasks and ensured that physical spaces meet high standards of safety and functionality. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple locations effectively, ensuring operational uptime across sites. You are proactive in identifying issues and resolving them promptly, contributing to a positive work environment for all employees.
You are familiar with building management systems and have experience performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems — your technical knowledge helps you oversee inspections and audits to maintain operational excellence. You understand the importance of vendor management and have successfully collaborated with service providers to ensure performance meets expectations.
What you'll do
As a Facility Coordinator at Nuro, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining campus operations across our Mountain View and Santa Clara locations. You will coordinate and execute facility tasks to ensure campus readiness, responding to Jira Ticket requests in a timely manner. Your role will involve splitting time effectively between the HQ and Molinaro sites, ensuring that both locations are well-maintained and operational.
You will perform ongoing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, managing building management systems to ensure optimal performance. Regular facility audits and inspections will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify and resolve conditions affecting operations. You will also oversee the janitorial vendor, ensuring that their performance meets Nuro's high standards.
