What you'll do

As a Software Engineer Intern at Nuro, you will work closely with leading experts in the field of machine learning, robotics, and software development. Depending on your skills and interests, you may contribute to the Data Platform, which manages the AI Driver's data and metrics, or assist with ML Infrastructure, focusing on the tools and systems that support machine learning workflows. You will have the opportunity to engage in data annotation, simulation, and technical infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience in a cutting-edge technology environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software you help develop meets the high standards required for self-driving technology. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the capabilities of Nuro's AI Driver, supporting various applications from robotaxis to commercial fleets. You will also participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, where your ideas and insights will be valued as part of the innovation process.
