You have a proven track record as a Senior Technical Writer, with extensive experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation that is clear, concise, and user-friendly. Your expertise in utilizing AI tools to enhance documentation processes sets you apart, allowing you to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success. Your attention to detail ensures that all documentation meets high standards of quality and accuracy.

You are adept at understanding complex technical concepts and translating them into accessible language for diverse audiences. Your experience with documentation tools and methodologies, such as Markdown, allows you to produce high-quality content efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance the documentation process and drive customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the effort to revolutionize how Odaseva creates and maintains documentation. You will partner closely with Product Management to understand product features and functionalities, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects the product's capabilities. Collaborating with Engineering, you will gather technical information and insights to create comprehensive guides, manuals, and online help resources that empower users and enhance their experience.

You will also work with the Customer Success team to identify common customer queries and pain points, using this feedback to improve existing documentation and create new resources that address user needs. Your role will involve developing and implementing documentation standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials. You will leverage AI tools to automate and optimize documentation processes, making it easier for teams to maintain up-to-date content.
