Who you are

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team. With experience as a Warehouse Worker, Picker-Packer, or in similar roles, you understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders. You are physically capable of moving boxes weighing up to 60 pounds and are comfortable operating equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Desirable

While not required, experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems would be beneficial. You are adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technologies that enhance warehouse operations. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential traits that you bring to the team.

What you'll do

As a Warehouse Associate at Odeko, your primary responsibility will be to use an RF scanner to identify and pull items to build customer orders accurately. You will frequently move boxes throughout the fulfillment center, ensuring that all items are handled with care. Operating a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack will be part of your daily tasks as you move inventory across the facility. You will also be required to occasionally ascend a platform ladder to access higher storage areas, demonstrating your commitment to safety and efficiency.

In addition to order fulfillment, you will collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. This includes participating in regular inventory checks and assisting with restocking items as needed. You will be expected to follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

What we offer

Odeko offers a competitive hourly wage of $19, paid weekly, along with opportunities for equity in the company. You will work Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8 pm, allowing for a consistent schedule.
