What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building the foundation for authentication and authorization across Okta-protected resources. You will collaborate with the Access Management Engineering Team to develop innovative solutions that enhance security and user experience. Your role will involve designing and implementing scalable systems that meet the needs of our customers.

You will engage in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly impact how users interact with Okta's services, ensuring that identity management is seamless and secure.
