You have a strong background in finance, particularly in accounts payable processes, and are adept at managing the end-to-end lifecycle of accounts payable. You understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in invoice validation and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. Your proactive problem-solving skills enable you to handle cross-functional queries and audit documentation effectively. You are also keen on identifying strategic opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes within a complex organizational environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the accounts payable processes for OKX's San Jose operations, ensuring that all invoices are validated accurately and vendor payments are processed efficiently. You will support critical month-end and year-end close activities, playing a key role in the finance department. Your responsibilities will include managing queries from various departments and preparing necessary documentation for audits. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.
