What you'll do

In this role, you will organize and coordinate resources to lead the research and development of new features for the Token Markets platform. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope. Your role will involve troubleshooting problems as they arise, providing solutions that enhance the platform's functionality and user experience.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your contributions will directly impact the platform's ability to provide real-time data tracking and analysis across multiple decentralized exchanges (DEXes) and chains. You will also be involved in optimizing existing features, ensuring they remain competitive and user-friendly.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed. Your insights will help shape the technical direction of the team, influencing decisions that drive the platform's success.
