You possess deep expertise in tools such as BigQuery and Apache Spark, and you are proficient in programming languages like Python and SQL. Your experience includes working with blockchain data and Web3 technologies, which is essential for this role. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex data challenges.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and technical planning of OKX's Web3 Data Platform team. You will lead the development of highly available and scalable platforms that support the company's Web3 business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data collection, processing, and analysis, ensuring that the data infrastructure meets the needs of various stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide solutions that drive business growth. Your role will involve leveraging big data analytics and mining technologies to clean, compute, and analyze on-chain data, contributing to the overall success of the Web3 Data Platform.

You will also be tasked with mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
