Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data efficiently, while your familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI enables you to create compelling dashboards that communicate findings effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at statistical techniques, allowing you to analyze results and identify trends that inform business strategies. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner makes you a valuable partner to various departments within the organization. Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Web3 technologies. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to changing business needs. A background in project management or experience with BI tools beyond Power BI would also be advantageous.

What you'll do

As the Business Intelligence Manager at OKX, you will lead the data analysis and reporting efforts to support the growth of the organization. You will analyze complex data sets to identify business and market trends, developing and maintaining advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards that provide insights to stakeholders. Your role will involve interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques, providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive business decisions and strategies.

You will collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into their strategies and operations. This will involve working with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that enhance their performance. You will also be responsible for managing BI solutions, ensuring that they are up-to-date and aligned with the organization's goals.

In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the BI team. You will play a key role in shaping the data culture at OKX, advocating for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
