You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and innovation.

You possess a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and the latest design tools and technologies. Your ability to communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart. You are passionate about mentoring and developing junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within your team. You are also adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your design processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the blockchain or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Web3 technologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design organization at OKX, setting the creative vision and direction for all product touchpoints. You will oversee the evolution of the design system, ensuring it is scalable and consistent across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the product development process, conducting user research to inform design decisions, and advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

You will also be responsible for establishing design guidelines and best practices, mentoring design team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the visual direction of the brand, ensuring that all design outputs reflect the company's commitment to excellence and user satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to align design strategies with business goals and user needs, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.
