What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering teams responsible for developing and scaling the backend systems that power OKX’s global user growth engine. You will drive the technical vision for core growth platforms, including Paid Ads tracking, Affiliate and Referral Programs, and CRM systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the architecture and implementation of these systems, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. You will work closely with product managers to define the roadmap for growth initiatives and prioritize engineering efforts accordingly. Collaboration with marketing teams will be essential to align technical capabilities with marketing strategies, ensuring that campaigns are effectively supported by the underlying technology.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Regularly reviewing team performance and providing constructive feedback will be key to helping your team members grow in their roles. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between engineering and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization.
