Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, ideally with 5+ years of experience in creating user-centric designs for digital products. Your expertise lies in understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive interfaces that enhance user experiences. You are familiar with the principles of decentralized finance (DeFi) and have a keen interest in the Web3 space, which drives your passion for creating innovative solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user expectations. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and you have a portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex design challenges effectively.

Desirable

Experience with crypto or blockchain technology is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will also be beneficial in refining your designs based on user feedback. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and design trends that can enhance your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the design process for OKX's Web3 products, focusing on creating seamless transaction workflows and data displays that cater to a global user base. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the vision and strategy for our decentralized platform, ensuring that user experiences are not only functional but also delightful. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
