You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are passionate about creating secure and scalable onboarding workflows.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks. You may also have a background in user research or A/B testing, which will help you refine onboarding processes based on user feedback and performance metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the development of OKX's institutional onboarding experience, focusing on creating a seamless and secure process for business and enterprise customers. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and optimize onboarding workflows, ensuring they meet the unique needs of institutions while adhering to compliance standards.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to balance user experience with operational scalability. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics for onboarding processes, conducting user research to identify pain points, and iterating on workflows based on feedback and data analysis.

You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines. Your role will involve regular communication with senior leadership to report on progress and gather input on strategic direction.
