What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for user growth at OKX. You will manage the daily execution of spot and contract token listings and delistings, ensuring that our product offerings align with market demands. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will work to enhance the onboarding experience for traders, focusing on both spot and derivatives trading. You will analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve user acquisition and retention. Your role will involve conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring that OKX remains a leader in the crypto exchange space. You will also be responsible for setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
