You have extensive experience in product development and audit, ideally within the crypto or financial technology sectors. Your strategic mindset allows you to design and implement comprehensive audit strategies that address critical risks in fast-evolving environments. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide teams effectively and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
You are adept at navigating complex regulatory landscapes and understand the nuances of product governance in both centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that audit strategies align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product Development Audit, you will design and own the multi-year Global Product Development Audit Strategy. This involves defining the audit framework, identifying key risk areas, and leading the execution of the strategy across OKX's global entities. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that governance practices are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
You will also be responsible for developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the audit program and reporting findings to senior management. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that OKX remains compliant and ahead of potential risks.
