Who you are
You have extensive experience in risk management, particularly within the financial services or cryptocurrency sectors. Your background includes developing and implementing risk governance frameworks and policies that align with industry standards. You understand the complexities of financial, operational, and regulatory risks, and you are adept at navigating these challenges to protect the organization.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with quantitative models. Your ability to communicate complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels is a key strength, enabling you to foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
What you'll do
As a Senior Risk Manager at OKX, you will lead the US risk management team in establishing and maintaining risk governance frameworks. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing both financial and non-financial risks that could impact the organization. Collaborating closely with the Chief Risk Officer, you will ensure that risk management practices are integrated into the company's strategic objectives.
