What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for user growth at OKX. You will identify opportunities for innovative product features that can catalyze viral growth and deepen user engagement. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will ensure that the platform not only attracts new users but also retains and reactivates existing ones.

You will analyze user behavior and feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritize features that align with user needs. Your leadership will guide the product team in executing a roadmap that drives measurable growth outcomes. You will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the team.
