You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and are eager to contribute to the growth of decentralized finance.

Desirable

Experience with DEX APIs or similar products is a plus. Familiarity with Web3 protocols and institutional trading environments will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A background in user research and A/B testing will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the strategy and development of the OKX DEX Institution Trading Product. You will define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Conducting thorough market research will be a key responsibility, allowing you to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class API experience for traders and institutional partners. Your role will involve stakeholder management, where you will communicate product updates and gather feedback to refine the product offering. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure continuous improvement. Engaging with users to understand their needs and pain points will be essential in shaping the product's future direction. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, driving the success of the DEX Institution Trading Product.
