What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building OKX Planet Community’s content safety and governance system from the ground up. You will define risk categories and severity levels, focusing on various types of content such as scams, harassment, and misinformation. Your work will involve creating multi-language lexicons and rule strategies to address key scenarios across different platforms, including posts, comments, and group chats.

You will integrate risk signals and systems, developing an account risk score and utilizing device and behavior signals to enhance content moderation efforts. Your role will also include designing enforcement actions that downrank or limit the reach of harmful content, ensuring that user safety is prioritized. You will measure the effectiveness of these strategies and continuously improve the system based on user feedback and data analysis.
